Varsity Boys back in Playoffs! 02/06/10 - Boys Basketball The Varsity Boys beat St. Joseph at home on Saturday to clinch a playoff spot with a 64-54 win. In a game that saw momentum swing back and forth in the 1st half, the guys took control of the game with a monster 3rd quarter and St. Joe's could not get back into the game. Larson Wayman led the team with 24 points, including 6 3-pointers, and Drew Raymond added 17 points to the effort. Great defensive play and rebounding sealed the victory by the entire team. Thanks to the fans who came out to support the team this weekend. The Vikings will host the 1st round of the playoffs on Tuesday Night against St. Gerard from San Antonio at 7:30pm.
